Function:

        Plunger Valve, 1/8 NPT, 3 Way Valve, 2 Position, Spring Return.  This is a 3-Way, Normally Closed Valve that exhausts the downstream air out a hole in the plunger when plunger is extended.  When Plunger is pushed, air passes from inlet to outlet and the exhaust hole is closed.
