                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    MINDMAN Lockout Valve MVHT400-3H is designed to mount to MACP401 FRL or MACT401 FRL.  The valve has a slide with a hole on the bottom side that allows the valve to be locked in the off position.  Port sizes are available in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2.  The MVHT400-3H valve also requires bracket MACP/T401 mounting bracket to attach valve to FRL.
